LongBell Pizza Co Website
In this project, I was tasked with creating a dynamic and user-friendly website for LongBell Pizza Co., a bustling restaurant in Lee's Summit, MO. The primary challenge was to design a platform that not only showcased the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere and delicious offerings but also integrated seamlessly with Untappd's API to feature an ever-changing beer menu. Furthermore, the client required a manageable back-end system to update their food menus efficiently without needing technical expertise
The goal was to deliver a comprehensive digital solution that aligned with LongBell Pizza Co.'s brand identity and operational needs. This meant developing a website that was visually appealing, intuitive for users, and functional for the restaurant staff. Key objectives included implementing a user-friendly CMS for menu updates, integrating real-time beer menu updates via Untappd's API, and ensuring the site's design resonated with the restaurant's ambiance and customer base. My aim was to create a website that not only attracted more customers but also streamlined the restaurant’s menu management.
The outcome was a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing website that significantly enhanced LongBell Pizza Co.'s online presence. The integration with Untappd's API proved to be a standout feature, offering customers up-to-date information about the beer selection and fostering a more engaging user experience. The custom CMS setup allowed the restaurant staff to easily update their menus, reflecting changes instantly across the platform. This project not only demonstrated my ability to blend creative design with technical acumen but also showcased my skills in client management and custom web solutions. The client reported increased customer engagement and satisfaction, validating the success of this tailored digital strategy.
